Beer Dip

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup of sour cream

1 envelop of Ranch Dip...not the dressing but the "dip"

Fancy cheddar cheese

1/2 can of your favorite beer...of course, it's a sin to throw the other 1/2 away!

Put cream cheese in microwave for 30 sec to soften. Mix cream cheese and ranch dip. 
Mix in sour cream. Mix as you pour in the beer. 
Add cheddar cheese...usually about a cup but our preference.  
Best if you can refridg overnight. Serve with small pretzels.
