Chris' Niece's Mother-in-law's Neighbor's Salsa 10-16 oz frozen corn 2 small cans sliced black olives 1 Red Bell Pepper diced 3-4 Avacados diced Dressing: 1/3 cup oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 Tablespoons white vinegar 1-2 Tablespoons Oregano 2-3 garlic cloves minced Mix corn, olives and red pepper in bowl with dressing. Marinate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving add avacado. Serve with Tortilla Scoop chips. (That's really how the recipe got to Chris.
