Chris' Niece's Mother-in-law's Neighbor's Salsa

10-16 oz frozen corn
2 small cans sliced black olives
1 Red Bell Pepper diced
3-4 Avacados diced

Dressing:
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
1-2 Tablespoons Oregano
2-3 garlic cloves minced

Mix corn, olives and red pepper in bowl with dressing.
Marinate for several hours or overnight.
Just before serving add avacado.
Serve with Tortilla Scoop chips.
