NANCY'S GRAPE SALAD 4 to 41/2 pounds red seedless grapes 1 8oz. cream cheese softened 8 oz sour cream 11/2 teaspoon vanilla 11/2 teaspoon almond extract 1/2 cup sugar Wash grapes and be sure they are dry. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, extract, and vanilla until smooth. Add to grapes and stir to combine. Refrigerate until time to serve. Topping: 1/4 cup coconut 1/2 cup pecan pieces 1/2 cup brown sugar Toast coconut and pecans in dry pan over low heat, watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Cool. Combine with brown sugar. Sprinkle topping over salad when ready to serve.
