Green Pepper Dip 2 green peppers, shopped 1 yellow onion, chopped 2 TBSP. sugar 1 tsp. veg. oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice Marinate the first six ingredients for 24 hours. drain the ingredients for 1 hour, to get most of the juice off. Then add 1 8oz. package cream cheese. Mix together and refrigerate.
